I have a bachelor's degree in Business from Deakin University. I have a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from Deakin University. I also have a Diploma in Special Needs Education and TESOL.
Experience
I have over 20 years of experience as a teacher and tutor. I have worked in a variety of contexts from international schools and high schools to colleges. I am able to incorporate a variety of effective teaching methods that I learned in these contexts. I am able to create a personalized, supportive learning environment during one-on-one sessions. I place a high value on the relationships I can form with students, as these relationships allow me to enhance their learning, knowledge, and understanding. I can teach the material in whatever ways best suit the student's learning style. In addition to helping the student engage and interact with the content well, teaching according to their learning needs can help them feel more confident in their abilities.
